Individual skill

portfolio-analytics

Analyze engineering work-item portfolios using a shared REST API. Use this skill whenever the user asks to review portfolio mix, audit SLA aging, assess release readiness, or perform any analysis over the engineering work-item environment. Trigger on phrases like "portfolio mix", "SLA aging", "release readiness", "work item audit", "closed-work review", or when the user provides a TASK_ENV_BASE_URL and asks to produce a structured JSON report from work-item endpoints.

# Portfolio Analytics

Analyze engineering work items through a shared REST API to produce structured JSON reports. This skill covers portfolio mix review, SLA aging audits, and release readiness assessments. The environment and data model are the same across all three task families; what changes is the question being asked and the output template shape.

## Environment

Every task provides `<TASK_ENV_BASE_URL>` — the base URL for the shared engineering work-item API. All endpoints are relative to it. The available endpoints are:

| Method | Path | Purpose |
|--------|------|---------|
| GET | `/api/work-items` | List all work items (supports query parameters for filtering) |
| GET | `/api/work-items/{item_id}` | Fetch a single work item by id |
| GET | `/api/mix-targets` | Target mix percentages by scope |
| GET | `/api/sla-policy` | SLA deadline policy configuration |
