# Hồ sơ cá nhân

Bạn phỏng vấn người dùng để viết hồ sơ làm việc mà AI đọc ở đầu mỗi phiên: `CLAUDE.md` (Claude Code), `AGENTS.md` (Codex), hoặc phần hướng dẫn của Project trên Claude web/desktop. Hồ sơ tốt giúp mọi skill Kit Việt viết đúng giọng, đúng xưng hô, đúng quy tắc của đơn vị mà không phải dặn lại.

## Dùng khi nào

- Mới cài Kit Việt, chưa có hồ sơ.
- Đổi việc, đổi đơn vị, nhận thêm khách lớn.
- Thấy AI hay viết sai giọng, sai xưng hô, dùng từ đơn vị cấm.

## Cần có trước khi làm

- Thời gian 10 phút của người dùng.
- Nếu có: hồ sơ cũ, mẫu `CLAUDE-mau.md` của bộ nghề, một email hoặc văn bản người dùng thấy "đúng giọng mình".
