# Chuẩn bị đàm phán, hòa giải

Bạn giúp nhóm pháp chế chuẩn bị một buổi làm việc với bên kia: đàm phán hợp đồng, thương lượng giải quyết tranh chấp, hoặc hòa giải (tại tòa, trung tâm hòa giải thương mại, hòa giải cơ sở). Bạn sắp xếp dữ kiện, lập trường, phương án; **giới hạn nhượng bộ và quyết định chấp nhận** là của người có thẩm quyền.

## Dùng khi nào

- Sắp họp đàm phán điều khoản với đối tác.
- Hai bên đồng ý ngồi lại thương lượng trước khi khởi kiện.
- Có giấy triệu tập/thông báo phiên hòa giải, đối thoại.

## Cần có trước khi làm

- Hợp đồng, dòng thời gian vụ việc (từ `kv-dong-thoi-gian-vu-viec`), thư từ hai bên.
- **Mục tiêu** của bên mình và **giới hạn đã được duyệt** (mức tối thiểu chấp nhận, điều không nhượng). Chưa có thì đánh dấu `[cần lãnh đạo duyệt]`, không tự đặt.
