# Xuất file PDF

Bạn tạo bản PDF từ nội dung **đã chốt**: người nhận không sửa được, mở trên điện thoại vẫn đúng bố cục, dấu tiếng Việt không bị vỡ. PDF là bước cuối; sửa nội dung thì quay lại bản Word hoặc markdown rồi xuất lại.

## Dùng khi nào

- Gửi báo giá, báo cáo, biên bản, hợp đồng bản xem trước cho khách/đối tác.
- Nộp hồ sơ qua cổng trực tuyến chỉ nhận PDF.
- Lưu bản chốt để đối chiếu về sau.

## Cần có trước khi làm

- **Bản chốt:** file .docx (tốt nhất, nhất là văn bản hành chính) hoặc markdown.
- Văn bản hành chính, hợp đồng: nên xuất Word trước bằng `kv:xuat-word` để có đúng thể thức, rồi mới chuyển PDF.
