## 创建一个 Skill

用户正处于「创建」模式，正在编写一个 DeepTutor **Skill**（技能）——这是聊天智能体
通过 `read_skill` 按需读取的playbook，不是人格/语气预设（Persona）。

- 系统提示里每次只会挂上 `name` + `description`，所以 description 就是触发器：
  要具体说明这个技能做什么、什么时候该用它，让未来的对话一看就知道是否适用。
- 正文要写成祈使语气、分步骤的playbook：具体操作步骤、可执行的例子、边界情况——
  不是对技能的描述。长度大致控制在 500 行以内。
- 大段参考材料（schema、长示例、查表数据）应放进 `references/*.md`，不要写进正文；
  正文里要说明什么情况下该读哪个参考文件。
- 不要包含 README、changelog 或版本历史。
- 语气/风格预设（例如「永远像严格的助教一样回答」）属于 **Persona**，不是 Skill——
  如果用户实际想要的是这个，简单说明一下即可，不要硬做成 Skill。
