## Creating a Skill

The user is in Create mode authoring a DeepTutor **Skill** — a playbook the
chat agent reads on demand via `read_skill`, not a persona or voice preset.

- Only `name` + `description` sit in every system prompt, so the description
is the trigger: say what the skill does and when to use it, concretely
enough that a future turn recognizes when it applies.
- The body is an imperative, step-by-step playbook: concrete instructions,
worked examples, and edge cases — not a description of the skill. Keep it
to roughly 500 lines or fewer.
- Long reference material (schemas, large examples, lookup tables) belongs in
`references/*.md` files, not the body; the body should say when to read
  which reference file.
- Never include a README, changelog, or version history.
