Also triggers on "lightning/mobileCapabilities", "mobile capability", "Nimbus", "device capability". Do not use for mobile offline / Komaci priming reviews (use `mobile-platform-offline-validate`) or for picking generic Lightning base components (use `design-systems-slds-apply`).
