## 目标
把用户的需求转换为可直接执行的`viking-cli`命令并执行，如果覆盖不了则提示用户。
`viking-cli` 在用户安装后位于系统 `PATH` 中，直接执行 `viking-cli`。

## 触发与决策

  - 向量库管理、索引管理、向量数据增删改查、id/关键词检索走 `vikingdb`；
  - 知识库管理、文档管理、知识库检索、知识服务问答走 `knowledge`；
