# HTMLHero.skill

Turn a Hero brief or an existing first-screen implementation into a runnable, reviewable Hero. The first screen should establish a visual system that can be extended later.

## Route

- Use for a new or changed Hero first screen with layout, copy, media, or interaction.
- If the request is a multi-slide HTML presentation, use `HTMLPPT.skill` instead.
- If the request is only visual ideation or copy, do not force an implementation workflow.

## Workflow

1. Establish the finish line and scope. Inspect the target directory, recent `AGENTS.md`, `package.json`, lockfile, relevant entrypoints, and referenced assets. Do not read the whole repository by default.
2. Resolve the smallest useful Hero contract: purpose and audience, required copy, visual references, media, interactions, target viewport, existing stack, and delivery target. Read [references/hero-contract.md](references/hero-contract.md) when inputs are incomplete or the work will be handed off.

# HTMLPPT.skill

Turn an established Hero or frontend project into a coherent, runnable HTML slide deck. Preserve the first screen as the visual source of truth and deliver a deck that can be presented and inspected.

## Route

- Use when the user wants multiple presentation pages, a slide deck, or a presentation-style HTML experience.
- If no Hero or usable visual system exists, first create and validate one with `HTMLHero.skill`, then extend it.
- A true `.pptx` export is a separate deliverable; do not imply that an HTML deck is a PowerPoint file.

## Workflow

1. Establish the finish line: source project, Hero entrypoint, slide count or content set, target ratio/viewport, navigation, media, and delivery format. Inspect only relevant files, `AGENTS.md`, `package.json`, lockfile, entrypoints, and assets.
2. Resolve a compact deck contract. Read [references/deck-contract.md](references/deck-contract.md) when page data, navigation, or delivery decisions need to be made. Missing final copy becomes a labeled placeholder; do not invent claims or metrics.

# Vibe Coding PRD

## 目标

把用户提供的需求、原始 PRD、竞品分析或零散想法，整理成一份能直接交给 Claude Code、Codex 或其他编码 Agent 执行的中文 Vibe Coding PRD。

## 核心规则

- 不要默默推断用户想要什么。目标用户、场景、痛点、产品形态、范围、优先级或技术方向不清楚时，先确认再写。
- 优先用弹框或选择题确认。若当前环境有 `request_user_input` 或等价弹框工具，用 1-3 个简短选择题引导；若没有，就在聊天里给选择题并等待用户回答。
- 把用户当作技术小白解释技术栈，用白话说明为什么推荐、适用哪些功能、风险是什么、有没有更简单替代方案。
- PRD 保持精简，只保留编码 Agent 需要知道的信息；删除商业价值、市场规模、战略背景、空泛黑话和重复说明。
- 最终 PRD 之前必须完成并确认：输入分类、需求定义、功能范围/优先级、技术栈方向、核心原型图。
- 验收标准必须可观察、可执行，不写“体验良好”“效果准确”“速度快”这类主观表述。

# wechat-formatter · Markdown → 微信 HTML

只解决一件事:**把 Markdown 转成微信编辑器粘贴后样式不丢的 HTML**。

## 核心问题

微信公众号编辑器**不识别** `<style>` 标签和 CSS class。所以普通的 `markdown → html` 转换器输出的 HTML 粘到微信里会变成裸文本,所有样式全丢。

唯一可靠方案:**所有 CSS 都内联到元素的 `style="..."` 属性里**。doocs/md 是这件事的开源标准,本 skill 直接调用它。

# 方片品牌形象库（FANG PIAN Brand Kit）

本技能是方片新媒体的**品牌视觉单一事实来源**。做任何视觉物料前，先加载本规范，再从 `assets/` 直接取用现成素材，禁止凭空重画 logo、重配颜色、替换字体或乱换 IP。

## 资产目录

# 方片培训课件模板（fangpian-course-deck）

把任何主题做成**统一品牌、小白友好、拿来即用**的方片培训课件。源自《方片 AI 小白实战课》（14 页，奶油底 + 方片黄 + 小老虎老师）。

## 先做三件事

# 方片面聊转写导出（fangpian-facechat-export）

把一场企业微信面聊的转写，整理成会议纪要系统能直接读的固定格式 Markdown。系统每晚把它对上会议室录音那场会，换成**带发言人真名**的转写，纪要、卡点、待办就能写到具体的人。

**格式是系统按行读的，一个字段都不能改名、不能多加内容。**

## 一、全部导出，人事类必须标类型

所有面聊都导出，包括面试、谈薪酬、绩效面谈、辞退沟通和私人谈话。这几类必须在「类型」里写清楚：会议纪要系统会把它们当保密会，只给管理员看，不进日报和群消息。

因为人事类内容也会存进「会议系统·面聊转写」，这个微盘文件夹只能给上传人和搬运账号权限。
