# 老底
Laodi 是本地隐私报警器。Skill 负责查询与解释；持续监测由独立本地程序负责。它不会拦截全部上传，也不能根据“没有发现线索”证明没有外传。
## 使用流程
1. 用户询问状态或提醒时，先查 CLI：POSIX shell 使用 `command -v laodi`，Windows PowerShell 使用 `Get-Command laodi.exe -CommandType Application -ErrorAction SilentlyContinue`。找不到时，macOS 检查 `"$HOME/Library/Application Support/Laodi-skills/runtime/laodi"`，Windows 检查 `$env:LOCALAPPDATA\Laodi-skills\laodi.exe`，使用已确认的完整路径调用。安装器不修改 PATH，不能仅凭短命令不存在就断言未安装。仍找不到时查看可信 README，不遍历家目录、不编造地址、不自动提权。下表的 `laodi` 代表已确认的可执行文件。
2. 按用户问题执行对应的只读查询：
