+ 44 7. **Offer a digest issue.** Ask whether to create an optional digest issue (see Digest Issue). Do not create it without approval.
+ 123
+ 124 ## Digest Issue (optional)
+ 125
+ 126 After the actions are applied (or when the user only wants a report), **offer** to create a digest issue that records the Needs attention results, so later triage runs can pick up from it. Creating an issue is a write action: ask first, show the full title and body, and create it only after approval. Skip the offer if the user declined or the list is empty.
+ 127
+ 128 - **Title:** `Triage digest (YYYY-MM-DD)`. If an earlier digest exists (`gh issue list --state all --search "Triage digest in:title"`), offer to update it (`gh issue edit`) instead of opening a new one, and keep checked items checked.
+ 129 - **Overview:** start the body with a short `Status` paragraph (2-4 sentences): the overall state of open issues and PRs (rough counts, main themes or clusters, how healthy the backlog is, what is stale or blocked), then a `Recommended start` line naming the 1-3 items to do first and why.
+ 130 - **Items:** one task-list line per item: `- [ ] #134 - <concise recommendation>`. Mark items already handled as `- [x]`. Keep each line to one short sentence: what to do and why (for example `review and merge, CI green, small change`).
+ 131 - **Groups:** use these headings, in order, omitting empty ones:
+ 132 1. `Prioritized` - high demand, regressions, security, long-waiting items. Most important first.
+ 133 2. `Low hanging fruit` - quick wins, with the reason it is quick.
+ 134 3. `Other` - worth a look but neither urgent nor quick.
+ 135 - **Metadata:** end the body with a block that lets a future run continue without redoing the scan:
+ 136 ```md
+ 137 ---
+ 138 - Scanned: <repo>, open issues and PRs (<filters used, or "all">)
+ 139 - Date: <YYYY-MM-DD>
+ 140 - Model: <model name or id>
+ 141 - Newest item scanned: #<n> (<createdAt>)
+ 142 - Counts: <n> issues, <n> PRs scanned; <n> closed, <n> labeled in this run
+ 143 ```
+ 144 - Add the same `🤖 *Automated by an agent.*` last line. Do not add labels or assignees unless asked.
+ 145 - On the next run, read the digest first: skip items already checked, re-check the rest, and only scan items newer than the recorded range plus items with new activity since the recorded date.

## Coding Practices
### Code Organization
- **Single responsibility**: Each source file should have a clear, focused scope/purpose
- **Split large files**: Break files when they become large or handle too many concerns
- **Type separation**: Always separate types and interfaces into `types.ts` or `types/*.ts`
- **Constants extraction**: Move constants to a dedicated `constants.ts` file
### Runtime Environment
- **Prefer isomorphic code**: Write runtime-agnostic code that works in Node, browser, and workers whenever possibleView the complete source on GitHubantfu-create-pr

# Create Pull Request
Open a PR that a reviewer can understand from the body alone. Explain the changed behavior and why, not the list of changed files. Keep the body proportional to the change: a one-line fix gets a few sentences, a cross-module feature gets tables and diagrams.
## Workflow
1. Inspect the repo: `git status`, current branch, remotes, default branch, `.github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE*`, and `AGENTS.md` / `CONTRIBUTING.md` for PR rules.
2. Compute the merge base against the target branch and record the exact `base...head` range the PR publishes. If the branch is stacked on another unmerged branch, target that branch and describe only this PR's own changes.
3. Read the full diff. Separate runtime code from generated files, lockfiles, and snapshots. Trace changed code to its entry points, callers, and external boundaries so architecture claims are backed by file paths or symbols.
4. Classify the PR (feature, fix, refactor, chore, docs) and decide which optional body sections earn their place. See [pr-body](references/pr-body.md).
5. Run the checks that match the changed surfaces (focused tests, typecheck, lint). Record the exact commands and results.
6. If the diff changes user-visible UI, capture before/after evidence. See [visual-evidence](references/visual-evidence.md).
7. Review the commit history and reshape it into atomic Conventional Commits. See [Commits](#commits).
8. Write the body to a temporary file. Push the branch. Create the PR with `gh pr create --title ... --body-file ...` (add `--attach` for each screenshot; newer `gh` can upload local images and videos from the CLI, see [Attaching files with GitHub CLI](https://docs.github.com/en/github-cli/github-cli/attaching-files-with-github-cli)). Use `--draft` when checks are still running or the work is not review-ready.View the complete source on GitHubantfu-issue-triage
When your agent uses it
Triage open issues and PRs of the current GitHub repo - find already-fixed, duplicate, and spam items, suggest labels, gauge demand from reactions and comments, then present a table of proposed actions and comments for confirmation before touching anything. Use when asked to triage, organize, clean up, or groom issues and PRs.

# Issue Triage
Go through the open issues and PRs of the **current repo** (`gh repo view --json nameWithOwner`) and propose clean-up actions. Maintainers decide; the agent investigates.
## Hard Rules
- **Read-only until confirmed.** Never comment, label, close, or edit before the user approves the action tables. Reads (`gh issue view`, `gh api` GET, `gh search`) are fine.
- **Every comment says it is automated by an agent.** End with a separate last line (blank line before it): `🤖 *Automated by an agent.*`
- **Comments are short and plain.** Write them in simple English (use the `simple-english` skill if available): 1-3 short sentences, active voice, no jargon, no filler. Write each comment fresh for the item. Do not reuse a fixed template. Always include the link (PR, commit, release, or canonical issue) that justifies the action.
- Only apply approved rows. If the user edits or drops rows, follow their edits exactly.
- Be conservative: when unsure, propose `keep open` (with labels if useful) instead of closing. Do not close items with active maintainer discussion, an open linked PR, or a milestone unless the user asks.
- Use plain hyphens; no em or en dashes.

# Query
Interview the user relentlessly until you reach a shared understanding. Map this as a **design tree**: every decision branches into the decisions that hang off it.
## Ask With the Question Tool
Put every question to the user through the agent's **interactive question tool** (for example `AskUserQuestion` in Claude Code, or the equivalent in other agents; load it first if it is deferred). Do not write questions as plain text in the reply.
- Give each question 2-4 distinct, concrete options with a short description of the trade-off.
- Put your recommended answer first and mark it `(Recommended)`, so picking it accepts your recommendation. The tool adds an "Other" option for free-form answers; do not add one.
- Keep headers short. Use multi-select only when the options are not mutually exclusive.
- Batch the whole frontier into one call, up to the tool's limit per call (4 in Claude Code). If the frontier is larger, ask the most blocking questions first and the rest next round.
- If the agent has no question tool, fall back to plain text: number the questions, list the options, and state your recommended answer for each.

When your agent uses it
Simplify the changes of the current PR or working tree with an ablation study - remove each piece of the diff and keep only what is proven needed - so the result has just-right abstraction, minimal clean code, and stays robust and universal. Use when asked to simplify, slim down, clean up, or reduce the current changes or PR.

# Simplify Changes
Review the **current changes** (PR branch or working tree) and cut them down to the smallest correct diff, the way a skilled developer would. The method is an **ablation study**: remove each piece, check whether anything that matters breaks, and keep only what earns its place.
Goal: clean, minimal code with the **just-right abstraction**, that is also **robust** (handles real edge cases) and **universal** (solves the general case, not only the one that triggered the change).
## Hard Rules
- **Behavior stays the same.** Simplify only. Do not add features, change public APIs, or fix unrelated issues. Report unrelated findings instead.
- **Scope is the diff.** Only touch code the change introduced or modified, plus code that must change to remove it. Do not refactor the surrounding codebase.
- **Every removal is verified.** Run the repo's tests, typecheck, and lint after each batch. If a check has no coverage for the removed piece, reason about it explicitly or keep it.
- Match the surrounding code's style, naming, and comment density.

> The skill is based on Nitro v3 (beta, 3.0.260903), generated at 2026-09-25.
Nitro is a framework-agnostic, deployment-agnostic server toolkit powered by [H3](https://h3.dev) v2, [unstorage](https://unstorage.unjs.io), and Vite/Rolldown/Rollup. It powers Nuxt and works standalone. From one codebase it builds optimized output for Node.js, Bun, Deno, Cloudflare, Vercel, Netlify, and more.
Key capabilities:
- **Filesystem routing** with H3 v2 event handlers, dynamic params, and method suffixes.
- **Route rules** for declarative caching, headers, redirects, proxying, and CORS.
- **Caching** layer (cached handlers/functions, SWR) on top of the **unstorage** KV layer.
- **Runtime config** overridable via `NITRO_*` env vars.
- **Tasks** (on-demand + scheduled/cron), **WebSockets**/SSE, a SQL **database** layer, and **OpenAPI** auto-docs.
- **Plugins & lifecycle hooks**, custom **renderer**/**server entry**, and portable **deployment presets**.
> **Key v3 changes** (vs. `nitropack` v2): the package is renamed `nitropack` → `nitro` with H3 v2 (web-standard `Request`/`Response`); **auto-imports are removed** (import everything explicitly); directory scanning is **opt-in** via `serverDir`; `useStorage` → `useKV` (`nitro/kv`) and the `storage` config option → `kv`; cache `swr` now defaults to `false`. If unsure about v2-vs-v3 APIs, read [advanced-migration](references/advanced-migration.md) first.

Nuxt is a full-stack Vue framework that provides server-side rendering, file-based routing, auto-imports, and a powerful module system. It uses Nitro as its server engine for universal deployment across Node.js, serverless, and edge platforms.
> The skill is based on Nuxt 5.x (`5.0.0-0`), generated at 2026-09-25.
> **Directory layout:** the default `srcDir` is `app/` — Vue app code (`app.vue`, `components/`, `composables/`, `pages/`, etc.) lives under `app/`, while `server/`, `shared/`, `public/`, `modules/`, `layers/` and `nuxt.config.ts` stay at the project root. The `~`/`@` aliases point at `app/`; use `~~`/`@@` for the root.
> **Nuxt 5 note:** Nuxt 5 makes many former experimental flags the default. The biggest shifts for agents: server code moves to **Nitro v3** (h3 v2, Web-standard `Request`/`Response`), server utilities import from **`nuxt/server`** and are no longer auto-imported by default, `$fetch`/`useFetch` are **typed from generated route types**, routing is **case-sensitive** and **typed** by default, and the bundler is **Vite 8 (Rolldown)**. Nuxt 5 requires Node `22.19`/`24.11`+. A Nitro v2 compatibility layer (`nitroLegacy`) keeps older server code building during migration. See individual references for details.

pnpm is a fast, disk space efficient package manager. It uses a content-addressable store to deduplicate packages across all projects on a machine, and enforces strict dependency resolution by default, preventing phantom dependencies.
**pnpm v12 is a Rust rewrite** of v11: stable, and keeps v11's commands, flags, settings, and lockfile format — so most guidance here applies to both. A handful of v12 behaviors differ (git deps resolve via HTTPS, project-aware global bins, other package managers, `packageImportMethod: auto` hardlinks first on Linux, `--resolution-only` removed) — see best-practices-migration.
**Configuration model (important):** pnpm settings live in `pnpm-workspace.yaml` (and the global `config.yaml`) using **camelCase** keys. `.npmrc` is used **only** for authentication/registry credentials, and the `pnpm` field of `package.json` is no longer read. When working in a pnpm project, check `pnpm-workspace.yaml` for settings/workspace structure and `.npmrc` only for auth. Always use `--frozen-lockfile` (or `pnpm ci`) in CI.
> The skill is based on pnpm 12.x, generated at 2026-09-25. It covers v11+v12 behavior (config split, isolated global packages, `allowBuilds`, `pmOnFail`, global virtual store, native release management, workspace task orchestration, and experimental Python/Cargo support) where current docs describe them.

UnoCSS is an instant atomic CSS engine designed to be flexible and extensible. The core is un-opinionated - all CSS utilities are provided via presets. It's a superset of Tailwind CSS, so you can reuse your Tailwind knowledge for basic syntax usage.
**Important:** Before writing UnoCSS code, agents should check for `uno.config.*` or `unocss.config.*` files in the project root to understand what presets, rules, and shortcuts are available. If the project setup is unclear, avoid using attributify mode and other advanced features - stick to basic `class` usage.
> The skill is based on UnoCSS v66.10.5, generated at 2026-09-25.
