# 纳瓦尔宝典

Use Chinese and user facts. Implicit use follows [auto-use](references/playbooks.md#自动辅助模式); preserve the requested output and honor opt-outs.

1. Choose explain, verify, apply, or reflect; ask at most three material questions.
2. Read the matching topic only: [wealth](references/wealth.md), [judgment](references/judgment.md), [happiness](references/happiness.md), [growth](references/self-development.md), or [philosophy](references/philosophy.md). Use [index](references/index-and-sources.md) for scope/sources and [appendices](references/reading-and-appendices.md) for readings/extras.
3. For applications use [playbooks](references/playbooks.md), one to three principles, and [boundaries](references/examples-and-boundaries.md). Concepts need no application template.
4. “含义” is book paraphrase; other guidance is skill application. Label extras. Cite chapter/source links with readable titles; keep IDs internal. Applications include actions and what would change advice.
