# Review - 代码审查技能

根据 spec 和 plan 文档对代码进行全面审查，产出结构化的审查报告。

## 核心原则

1. **对照文档审查**：严格依据 spec 和 plan 检查功能完整性与正确性
2. **最佳实践审查**：检查代码质量、命名规范、架构合理性
3. **结构化产出**：按 P0/P1/P2 分级，明确区分问题类型
4. **固定产出**：输出到项目既有的需求目录；若无统一约定，建议使用 `spec/<spec-name>/review.md`

- 对应功能的 `spec.md` 和 `plan.md` 必须已存在
