# Comet — OpenSpec + Superpowers 双星开发流程

OpenSpec 与 Superpowers 如双星系统围绕同一目标运转。

**核心原则：brainstorming 必不可跳过。每次变更都必须经过深度设计（hotfix 和 tweak 预设除外）。**
