MADR(Markdown Any Decision Record) 표준 포맷으로 ADR을 구조화하고 상태 관리를 체계화하는 전문 스킬. adr-author와 impact-tracker가 표준 포맷의 ADR 문서를 작성하고 결정 이력을 추적할 때 활용한다. 'MADR 포맷', 'ADR 템플릿', '결정 상태', 'ADR 번호 체계', '결정 이력' 등의 맥락에서 자동 적용한다. 단, Git 커밋 훅 설정이나 CI/CD 파이프라인 구축은 이 스킬의 범위가 아니다.
