# Validate changes match specs

## Contract

## Inputs

The skill reads the current branch diff and any specs present in the repository. No external services are required. Paid actions, deployment, and remote bulk mutation are not authorized. Credentials and publishing are authorized only for the user-approved step-14 push to a named existing remote and ref, using existing git remote credentials. The user must supply a base branch or confirm the detected base when prompted.
