## Contract

| Authority | Remote: creates one branch, pushes it, and opens one PR containing the report; requires explicit human invocation. Before any push, preview the report, branch name, and PR title. Publish only on an explicit yes. |
| Side effect | Writes one report file under reports/weekly_sentiment_analysis/, then creates one branch, pushes it, and opens one PR. No other files change, no force pushes, no direct commits to the default branch. |
| Done | A report exists at the dated path with sentiment scores, volume, notable patterns, and product feedback. If the human approved, one PR is opened and its URL is returned. If the human declined, the report stays uncommitted and the decline is the terminal state. |
