Initial writing, new experiments, figure production, and responses to received journal reviews belong elsewhere.

## 项目目录与续作

需要落盘或继续已有项目时，先读 [项目目录约定](references/project-layout.md)，按其中的本阶段位置、版本与关联规则保存；用户指定路径和旧项目优先。包内资源相对本 skill，研究产物相对真实项目，二者不要混用。只做局部讨论时无需初始化目录。

持续项目先按 [项目接入](references/project-integration.md) 恢复有关 Memory、旧评审和采用版本，再核对真实稿件与科学原件。记忆、Workflow 完成状态和上游工具通过都不能代替本轮评审。

把已经写完、图表已经制作好的论文，变成**可定位、可修复、可复核的投稿前内部评审结果**。默认中文；按用户要求输出其他语言。适用于作者自审和团队内部预审，不冒充期刊决定，不预测录用概率。报告的价值取决于重要问题是否判断正确，不取决于意见数量或篇幅。
