# 生命意义：三个答案与拥抱死亡

## I — 方法论骨架 (Interpretation)

「生命的意义是什么」是无边界问题，Naval 给出三层递进答案：
① **私人的**——意义只能自己找；任何人（包括佛陀）给你的答案听起来都像废话，重要的不是答案而是带着问题挖掘；
② **没有意义**——宇宙尺度下，你做的事都会褪色、人类和文明都会消失，所以「你必须创造自己的意义」；
③ **熵的意义**——生命是局部熵减系统，在加速宇宙熵增/热死亡；你的创造（艺术/家庭/科学）在宇宙尺度上是在把万物推向「最终成为一个东西」。
