show-me-your-work
Record decisions in an append-only TSV file while running long or unattended work, audit it against your own transcript before replying, and have a second reviewer flag what the user should check. Use on /show-me-your-work, for autonomous or multi-phase runs, or whenever a skill needs an audit trail.

# show-me-your-work
As you work, write each decision to a log. Someone reading it afterward can then find the choice, the reasoning, the supporting evidence and the result. Before you hand back, check the log against your own transcript and get a second reviewer to flag what deserves attention.
Use it when the user asks, for autonomous or multi-phase runs, and for any work a person will inspect after being away. Skip it for short interactive tasks where the chat reply is already the record. Other skills that need an audit trail point here by name and do not redefine the format.
## Format
One tab-separated file. The first line is the header; every other line is one decision. No cell contains a tab or a line break. Columns, in order:
| Column | Holds |
| --- | --- |
| `logged_at` | UTC time in ISO-8601, to the second, ending in `Z`. The helper sets it. |
| `phase` | The workstream or stage name. `start` is reserved (see Sessions). |
