# Scarcity Urgency

Use scarcity only when availability is genuinely constrained. Scarcity can help people prioritize, but fake or exaggerated scarcity suppresses deliberation and can become manipulative.

## Quick Start

1. Read `guidelines.md` to choose the smallest useful reference set.
