# Equibles research
The `equibles` MCP server answers questions about US public companies from SEC filings,
company releases and earnings calls, plus end-of-day prices and macroeconomic series.
Results carry filing dates, reporting periods and source links; cite them.

## Workflow
1. **Filings and text.** `SearchDocuments` searches SEC filings and earnings call transcripts
(pass `ticker` to stay inside one company). Take a `documentId` from the results, then use
`SearchDocument` to find passages inside that document and `ReadDocumentLines` to read the
surrounding lines. `ListFilings` browses a company's filings newest first.
