Individual skill

no-comments

Audit the comments in a change, delete the ones that explain or excuse a problem, fix the problem in scope, and turn "do not touch" comments into enforced checks. Use on /no-comments or when asked to strip, audit, or clean up comments in a diff.

# no-comments

A comment that explains a workaround, apologizes for odd code, or forbids an edit is a symptom. Delete the comment and fix what it was covering for. Judging each comment is the job of the `comment-auditor` subagent. Your job is to check its report, apply it, fix the code it exposed, and enforce the constraints worth keeping.

Skip this skill when the user wants comments or docs added, or when there is no file or diff to work on.

## Scope

Use the files or diff the caller gave you. If none, the scope is everything that differs from the base branch (`main` unless told otherwise), including uncommitted edits. Compute it with git before you start and keep the list; every later step stays inside it.

Note whether this run is interactive, unattended, or an eval. Step 5 behaves differently for each.
