面对一个重大决定时，先分清它考验的是哪一种判断——品味（什么是好的）、远见（什么会到来）、信念（什么是对的）、勇气（该担什么风险）——不同面孔对应完全不同的动作。 何时调用：用户面对一个高代价、低频、难以逆转的决定，说出"我知道数据不够但我就是觉得该做""所有人都不看好这件事""我该不该赌一把""要不要砍掉这条业务线""我是不是在固执"之类的话时；或在复盘一个重大决策、判断当初为什么对/错时。 何时不调用：日常琐碎选择（晚饭吃什么）；有标准答案的分析题（哪个方案净现值高、这段代码怎么写）——那些恰恰是作者划归机器的左脑工作；纯信息查询。 涉及个人财务、健康、家庭安全的不可逆重大损失时，必须同时给出边界警告，不能只做分流。
