macos-permissions
Diagnoses TCC denials and stuck Keychain dialogs: Full Disk Access, Screen Recording, Microphone, Camera, Accessibility, Automation. Use for recurring prompts, LaunchAgent/uv jobs that fail only in background, broken grants, or automating Full Disk Access (权限弹窗 / 授权了没用 / 完全磁盘访问). Checks requester and grants first. Not for launchd design (macos-watchdog) or app permission UX (developing-ios-apps).

# macOS Permission Dialogs
## Observe and classify the reported problem first
The executing agent preserves the user's symptom: a dialog that cannot be clicked,
typed into or dismissed needs an interaction diagnosis even when it contains a
password field. Do not replace that report with instructions to enter a password.
Read the actual dialog before choosing a subsystem or naming its owner. Use the
host's permitted observation tools; when whole-screen observation is authorized
and permitted, use `capture-screen`'s full-screen route without raising windows.
A refusal to control one protected app neither identifies the unseen dialog nor
proves every observation method is unavailable. Respect the refusal's scope;
never switch tools to bypass a host restriction or GUI lock.
