Browse, select, and apply color palettes for frontend designs.

## Purpose

This skill helps select the perfect color palette by:
- Browsing trending palettes on Coolors
- Presenting options to the user
- Extracting hex codes
- Mapping to Tailwind config
- Providing curated fallbacks when browser unavailable
