Skill for retry and resilience middleware on Microsoft.Extensions.AI clients in CrestApps.Core 2.0 with the CrestApps.Core.AI.Resilience package. Covers UseDefaultResilience rate-limit retries and AIChatClientRetryOptions, fully custom Polly pipelines with UseResilience, applying them through IAIClientFactory pipeline callbacks or AsBuilder plus Build(serviceProvider) on chat, embedding, image, speech-to-text and text-to-speech builders, ordering with UseUsageLabels and UseModelParameters, AIProviderErrorHelper rate-limit and not-found detection, streaming retry limits, and which framework paths already retry. Use it when adding retries to host-created AI clients or troubleshooting HTTP 429 throttling.
