## When to use this skill
收到新的JD需求时，通过本skill进行多轮沟通，完善JD信息，补充完整显性要求和隐性要求。

## 功能概述

本技能用于沟通招聘需求，并优化招聘需求文档（JD/岗位职责和要求），包含**显性内容**和**隐性规则**两部分：
- **显性内容**：标准的JD文本，用于在招聘网站发布
- **隐性规则**：简历匹配时的权重、must项、薪资范围、年龄要求，用于后续简历评分

**岗位类型识别** - 自动识别不同岗位类型，应用对应的模板差异：
- 🏢 **行政/职能岗** - 注重沟通能力、组织协调、文书能力
- 💻 **技术研发岗** - 注重技术能力、项目经验、学习能力
- 🤖 **AI/算法岗** - 注重算法能力、数学基础、论文/项目
