Review recent BuilderIO/agent-native human pull requests, approve eligible internal PRs, and identify PRs ready for the user's final decision. Outside Factory governance, merge only when the user explicitly requests it for that PR. Factory governance is approval-only. Use for scheduled or manual PR sweeps; flag external work needing a major product call or new framework API, and unresolved major product or UX decisions, to a maintainer.

# Review Pull Requests
Review the newest relevant human pull requests in `BuilderIO/agent-native`.
Under the default internal-author policy below, approve eligible fixes from
verified BuilderIO organization members. Never submit an approval review for an
external or unverified author; `community-prs` assigns that code-review
decision to a human Builder dev. When the user explicitly gives the manual blanket
instruction for a non-Factory review sweep defined below, follow it over
ordinary approval gates; the non-waivable safeguards still apply.
In this skill, the user is the person running a manual invocation, and a
maintainer is a verified current BuilderIO organization member who is not a
bot.
