## Structure

Cargo workspace at `crates/`:
- `sem-core` — entity extraction engine, tree-sitter parsers, dependency graph
- `sem-cli` — CLI binary (`sem find`, `sem grep`, `sem impact`, `sem check`, `sem certify`, `sem diff`, `sem graph`, `sem history`)

## Build & Test
