民商事诉讼代理意见统一起草器，覆盖两种模式与三个审级。模式一"代理意见"=开庭前准备的正式代理意见，系统阐述己方主张与论证；模式二"补充代理意见"=庭审结束后结合庭审实际情况与新材料的补充强化文书。审级上区分一审、二审（含上诉/被上诉视角）、再审，并内置二审代理词的三点特殊写法。 当用户提及"代理词""代理意见""庭审代理词""开庭代理词""补充代理意见""庭后补充代理意见""庭后代理词""二审代理词""再审代理意见""post-trial brief""closing argument"时触发。输出符合法院提交格式的 Word 文书。
