它拒绝几类会让健康检查失明的写法：草稿编辑器地址 `https://x.com/compose/articles/edit/…` 不能当公开链接；没有时区的时间算不出 24 小时到期时间；同一篇稿子在同一平台已经记过另一个公开地址时报错停下，不覆盖。反馈卡只填空不覆盖，已完成的复盘不会被打回 `pending`。
