+ 57 After writing or updating a workflow document, read `$SKILLBASE/references/prose.md` and `$SKILLBASE/references/show-me.md`, then review the document against both. Make it shorter, more visual, and easier for a person to digest: cut words and sections that do not earn their place, replace dense prose with the smallest view that makes the point, and keep each visual beside the short text it supports.

# Build Iterated Agentic Loop
Use this skill when the user wants to turn a repeatable agent task into a repo-local skill plus a GitHub Actions workflow that runs a coding agent on a schedule, manually, or both.
The target shape is an iterated agentic loop: a focused skill defines the agent's judgement, a workflow invokes a coding agent with a repo-specific prompt, an agent-memory file carries standing feedback between runs, and each workflow labels its PRs so only one open PR exists per loop. The `narrow-react-prop-types` skill is the concrete reference pattern.
## Outputs
Create or update these files in the target repo:
- `.claude/skills/<skill-name>/SKILL.md` for the repo-local agent behavior.
- `.github/workflows/agent-<task-name>.yml` for the recurring coding-agent automation.
- `.github/agent-memory/<task-name>.md` for stable feedback and scope constraints.
- Optional references under `.claude/skills/<skill-name>/references/` when the skill needs templates, examples, or long supporting material.View the complete source on GitHubdesign-control-loop

# Design Control Loop
Use this skill when a user wants to drive some property of their codebase toward a target with small, low-risk, reviewable changes on a schedule — an **agentic control loop**.
Your job is to **interview the user, design the loop _with_ them, and then build it for them**. The design must be tailored to *their* codebase and the tooling they already use. There is no fixed toolset and no template to reproduce: propose options grounded in what you find in the repo, discuss trade-offs, agree on a design, then implement it.
## The mental model
Borrow from control theory. The codebase is a dynamic system being changed continuously (by teammates, dependencies, and generated code — the **disturbances**). A control loop drives it toward a desired state instead of all at once:
- **Set point** — the desired end state for some property of the codebase.
- **Sensor** — measures the current state, producing the gap to the set point.
- **Controller** — decides the next small, low-risk change from that measurement.
- **Actuator** — a coding agent that applies the change and opens a PR.View the complete source on GitHubimprove-claude-md

When the user provides a CLAUDE.md file (or asks you to improve one), rewrite it following the principles and structure below.
## Core Problem
Claude Code injects a system reminder with every CLAUDE.md that says:
> "this context may or may not be relevant to your tasks. You should not respond to this context unless it is highly relevant to your task."
This means Claude will ignore parts of your CLAUDE.md it deems irrelevant. The more content that isn't applicable to the current task, the more likely Claude is to ignore everything — including the parts that matter.
## Solution: `<important if="condition">` Blocks
Wrap conditionally-relevant sections of the CLAUDE.md in `<important if="condition">` XML tags. This exploits the same XML tag pattern used in Claude Code's own system prompt, giving the model an explicit relevance signal that cuts through the "may or may not be relevant" framing.

# Narrow React Prop Types
Use this skill when a React component's props have been widened for stories, mocks, tests, or demos and now express states the live application does not enter.
The goal is to make component types describe the real live-code-path contract, then require stories/tests/mocks to adapt to that contract instead of weakening it.
## Core Requirements
- Find the actual non-test, non-Storybook call sites before changing types.
- Treat live code paths as the source of truth for the prop contract.
- Do not preserve optional props only because they make Storybook, tests, or mock data easier.
- Keep props optional only when there are non-Storybook, non-test call sites which do not provide them and which have a good reason for not doing so.
- Types should not enable expressing states which are not observed in non-test, non-Storybook call sites.
- Types should be as strict as possible so code can be as simple as possible.View the complete source on GitHubrpi

# Research, Design, and Implement
Help the user research a change, work through its design, and implement it. Follow their requested step, using the phase instructions below.
`$SKILLBASE` means the directory containing this `SKILL.md`.
`<rpi-invocation>` in templates means the host's skill command: `$rpi` in Codex, `/rpi` in Claude Code, or its plugin-qualified name when the host exposes one. Render next commands with that native invocation.
## Choose the Step
Follow the user's requested step. Read `$SKILLBASE/references/workflow.md` when choosing or explaining a flow or what comes next.
For a task description with no requested step, start with research questions. Ask which flow the user wants: research followed by design discussion, PRD, or TDD, or research only. Wait for their choice before starting the phase, then carry it into suggested next commands.

# Describe a Pull Request
Create or update the pull request for the current task with a concise description that helps a reviewer understand why the change exists and the shape of the implementation.
## Workflow
1. Read the description template:
`Read({SKILLBASE}/references/pr_description_template.md)`
2. Identify or create the pull request:
- Check the current branch for a PR with `gh pr view --json url, number, title, state, baseRefName, headRefName 2>/dev/null`.
- If no PR exists, inspect `git status --short --branch` and the commits on the current branch.
- Commit task-related changes when needed, push the branch with an upstream, and create a PR for it. Follow the repository's git safety protocol.View the complete source on GitHubSkills included
