## 先确定请求

输出语言按“用户明确要求 → 当前实质请求 → 已建立的对话语言”确定，忽略附件、引文、代码、路径和浏览器语言。支持 `zh-CN` / `en`；其他语言如实说明并询问支持的选择。新页面设置 `meta.language`、schema 4.3；保留原文引用和真实来源。语言与出处标签细则在 `references/language-relationships-application.md`。
